The ResortSuite Technical Support Team is available to help you 24/7. All customer support requests are directed to our International Headquarters in Toronto and received by our team of ResortSuite Solution Advisors.

If you require assistance with a technical support matter, you can reach a Solution Advisor in one of three ways:

1. Send us an email at support@resortsuite.com. In your email, please provide as much information as possible (i.e. a concise description of the problem, your contact information, screen capture, etc.)
2. Select Support Request from the Support Type drop-down menu in the form below and complete all the required information.
3. Call us at 416.532.0010.

Our regular hours of operations are as follows: Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 6:00pm EST.

After business hours and on weekends, calls will be automatically forwarded to a ResortSuite Solution Advisor who will assist you in the best way possible.
