For over a decade, ResortSuite’s feature rich, guest-centric suite of products have managed some of the industry’s most prestigious and successful hotels, resorts, spas, restaurants, ski, golf, and club operations. Unfortunately, for many other operations, eager but unable to acquire ResortSuite, the cost of moving from their existing system to a modern, enterprise solution seemed too overwhelming from both an operational and financial perspective. At ResortSuite, we understand that available funds may not always be available to accommodate a significant upfront investment. Consequently, we have listened to your needs and are extremely pleased to offer an alternative method to acquiring the license to our solution, ResortSuite subscription pricing - the first best-of-breed and fully integrated hospitality software solution available to you through simple, affordable monthly payments. This subscription-based pricing model is simple and easy to understand and includes absolutely NO hidden costs.

HOW IT WORKS:

  • We begin with a thorough evaluation of your current infrastructure, address your business’ unique needs, and propose the best ResortSuite management solution for your operation.
  • We include 24/7 Support and regular ResortSuite system upgrades (typically two or three times a year) free of charge.
  • We calculate the applicable down-payment and then a monthly subscription amount for a minimum 3 year period. After 3 years, we reduce your monthly payment and offer you the option to cancel your contract (60 day notice is required). For example, traditionally, it may have cost your spa chain $50,000 to license the software over 3 years. With the ResortSuite’s subscription pricing, your monthly cost is approximately $1,500 per month.
