TORONTO, ON – ResortSuite, a leading provider of integrated guest-centric hospitality management solutions, is pleased to announce the following appointments:

Fauzi Zamir CA, Chief Operating Officer and CFO, joins ResortSuite with a wealth of expertise in both the financial and technology sectors. His extensive experience includes running overall business units of small and large, private and publicly owned corporations. Fauzi spent nine years with the sixth largest trust company in Canada, First City Trust, as its Chief Financial Officer. He then started and headed the Canadian consumer financing business for Newcourt Credit Group (now CIT) – the largest independent finance company in the world at the time -- where he also managed the software development and launched the first fully automated point-of-sale term lending delivery methodology in the world. 

Chris Fletcher, Account Executive, brings with him over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to coming to ResortSuite, Chris worked for SoftBrands Inc. for 16 years. He managed customer relations and key accounts for hotels using the Encore, LANmark PMS and RIO leisure management systems.  Chris also served as a manager for the Encore Customer Care center serving over two thousand clients. 

Paul Schmidt, Consultant, has been an innovator in health and wellness for over 20 years. He is recognized in the Spa industry for his knowledge of operations, business development and design.  His broad experience ranges from initial design and development of wellness centers, consulting on spa operations and brand development, publishing and graphic design, to personally providing over 17,000+ treatments, directing a 28,000 sq. foot resort spa in Utah, and overseeing the development of a luxury Spa in Jackson Hole Wyoming.
