The ResortSuite Customer Care Team is available to help you 24/7. All customer support requests are directed to our International Headquarters in Toronto and received by our team of ResortSuite Solution Advisors.
If you require assistance with a technical support matter, you can reach a Solution Advisor in one of three ways:
- Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, please provide as much information as possible (i.e. a concise description of the problem and screen capture, etc.). If your email address is registered with our support system it will automatically create a support ticket, otherwise you will be contacted as part of our customer care registration process.
- Visit the ResortSuite Customer Care Portal site at support.resortsuite.com and enter a support ticket directly. Also, you may track the status of open support tickets, browse our knowledge-base or engage in user forums.
- Call us at 416.259.0715 during our regular hours of operations which are as follows: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 6:00pm EST. If you call us at 416.532.0010 after business hours and on weekends for Emergency Support (business stopping issues). Calls will be automatically forwarded to a ResortSuite Solution Advisor who will assist you in the best way possible.
